A little background…
When I was 19 years old, I stunned myself when I suddenly woke up to the collage of pharmaceutical drugs I was taking each day. Yet, I felt sicker and sicker by the day and was surfing the downward spiral of helplessness.
As I started to look for real answers, I discovered a whole world of health practices that looked at the body as a connected whole, and saw the glaring holes in our system of food and medicine that were inherently unsustainable to our people, our planet & our pocketbooks.
Through Ayurveda and Yoga, I healed debilitating chronic disease and now live a healthy & pain-free life.
Now, it’s my turn to pay it forward.
I help people radically transform their health – with an embodied, empowered and all-natural approach. I also advocate for the environment that we depend on for life & medicine, as I know that what is good for the planet, is good for us.
